MCOPS is considered to be expensive. The costs of M.Pharm, Ph.D., and B.Pharm programmes differ. For the 2023–2024 academic year, the Manipal campus will charge INR 1,00,000 each semester for B.Pharm. Higher fees than ordinary courses may apply to some specialised M.Pharm programmes. A small annual increase in fees may apply.

2. Candidates can further register online on the official website and complete the choice filling on the MCC/KEA portal
3. Candidates are further allotted seats through MCC/KEA portal only
4. Selected candidates must report to the college and complete admission formalities

Students who want to take admissions into St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences needs to appear for the required entrance tests for the courses in the institute. The cutoffs are considered for entrance exams like National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), NEET PG, NEET SS, KCET, JEST, UGC NET, among others. For the General category students under the AI quota, the NEET SS 2025 cutoff ranged between 31 and 2411, with M.Ch. being the highly sought-after course for admission. Applicants cannot get direct admission in any of the undergraduate, postgraduate, super specialty or fellowship programme offered by the college.
