Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) is not the top choice in Pune. In my opinion, Savitribai Phule Pune University is considered the best university in Pune, India. As it has a good placement record as well as a nice college life. All the top companies hire students from this college. In UTU, there is no campus placements even placement cell is very active and dedicated. College life is also decent, not as good as you might expect.

JB Institute of Technology Dehradun offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Management, and others.
