IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2025
As mentioned before, the students must fulfil the below-mentioned IPMAT Indore eligibility criteria in order to appear for the IPMAT exam:
- Students must have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent CGPA in the case of the General and NC OBC categories.
- Students belonging to SC, ST or PwD (DA) categories must have secured at least 55% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in Class 10 and Class 12.
- Students must have passed the qualifying exam in the years 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025.
- Students awaiting the Class 12 board results are also eligible to apply provisionally.
IPMAT Eligibility Criteria for Foreign Nationals
IIM Indore also mentions the IPM eligibility criteria for international applicants. The following is the criteria:
- Applicants must have passed the qualifying exam in the years 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025.
- Applicant must have secured at least 1300 out of 1600 in SAT from November 1, 2023, to June 30, 2025.
- Candidates who are in the final year of HSc can also apply provisionally.
IPMAT Indore: Age Limit
IIM Indore sets the age criteria for the candidates who are planning to appear for the IPMAT exam. The age limit is as follows:
- Candidates belonging to the General or NC OBC category must not be more than 20 years of age as of July 31, 2025, at the time of filling out the IPMAT application form 2025.
- The candidate's age should not be more than 22 years as of July 31, 2025, of those belonging to SC, ST, PwD (DA) categories.
- Candidates belonging to the Foreign Nationals category must have been born on or after August 1, 2005.
