CBSE Supplementary Exam 2025 Class 10, 12 Application Begins for Private Candidates

CBSE Supplementary Exam 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to begin the application process for CBSE Class 10, 12 Supplementary Exam 2025 for private candidates.

Private candidates have to submit their CBSE Improvement Exam 2025 form through the official website, i.e. cbse.nic.in. Meanwhile, CBSE regular students under the compartmental category after CBSE Result 2025 will have to submit their applications for supplementary exams through their respective schools.

According to the official dates, the application process begins today, i.e. May 30 and the last date to apply is June 17.

According to the official CBSE supplementary exam date sheet 2025,  Class 10, 12 CBSE improvement exams will be conducted from July 15.

CBSE Supplementary Exam 2025: Who can Apply?

Candidates who could not clear their CBSE Board Exam 2025 Class 10, 12, are eligible to apply for CBSE Class 10, 12 Supplementary Exams 2025.

  • CBSE Class 12 students can register for the improvement of marks in one subject.
  • CBSE Class 10 students can apply for improvement of their scores in up to two subjects.
  • Students who have given all the exams under โ€˜privateโ€™ and have been marked under โ€˜compartmentโ€™ for any subject will be eligible to apply.
  • Students who are giving their CBSE supplementary exam 2025 for the first or third chance are eligible to apply for this.
  • Those who were declared pass will have to choose improvement while filling the form.
  • Students who have appeared as โ€˜regularโ€™ in board exams 2023-24 are also eligible to apply.

What is CBSE Compartment Exam 2025 Fees?

To complete the CBSE compartment exam 2025 application process, students are required to pay an application fee for each subject.

 For private candidates in India, the application fee is INR 300 per subject. Meanwhile, for private candidates in Nepal, the application fee is INR 1,000 per subject. For private candidates outside India, the CBSE Supplementary Exam 2025 application fee is INR 2,000 per subject.

Students not submitting the application fee within the deadline are required to pay a late fee of INR 2,000, in addition to the application fee. Students must note that they can make the fee payment through debit card, credit card, and net banking, as per the official circular.
