Nursery, KG and Class 1 admissions for 2026–27 session in private unaided schools in Delhi has started today, as per Directorate of Education (DoE). Schools have begun accepting application forms and parents are required to submit or upload important documents for verification.
Though most of the schools follow a common set of requirements for Nursery admission some schools have slight variations. Parents are advised to prepare all documents beforehand to ensure a smooth submission process.
Documents Required for Admission
Age Proof (submit any one)
Birth certificate issued by municipal authorities
Hospital discharge slip (if accepted)
Anganwadi record (where applicable)
Residential Proof (submit any one)
Ration card with child’s name
Aadhar card of child or parent
Voter ID of parent
Passport of child or parent
Utility bills (electricity, water, landline)
Domicile certificate of parent or child
Identification & Photographs
Recent passport-size photograph of the child
Photographs of parents (if required)
Family photograph (if requested by school)
Category & Other Documents (if applicable)
Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC categories
Income certificate for EWS category
Proof of sibling studying in the school
Alumni certificate of parent
Medical certificate, if requested
Delhi private schools have also uploaded detailed point-based admission criteria, quota rules and distance slabs on DoE website. Registration fee is capped at ₹25, parents should check individual school guidelines before submitting the application forms.
In this case, you need to contact your school authorities. They will take a printout of your CBSE admit card, get it signed by the school principal, and hand it over to you.
CBSE admit card is a very important document and should be secured. Students need to carry it on all exam days otherwise they will not be allowed to sit for the exams. The admit card mentions details like the student's name, roll number, parents' name, date of birth (for class 10), exam dates, days, and timings along with other instructions.
Students will also need to enter the details mentioned in the admit card to check their CBSE results.
CBSE admit card 2026 for Class 10 and 12 are available now. The CBSE admit card 2026 is released on the official website- cbse.nic.in. For regular students, schools can download the admit cards, get it signed by the school principal and distribute them. Students need to visit their schools to collect the CBSE 10th, and 12th admit card for 2026.
For private students, the CBSE admit card 2026 is issued online. Candidates can visit the official website and log in using their login credentials. The admit card will open up on the screen. They must download and save the CBSE admit card and take a printout of it.
It is mandatory to carry the CBSE admit card on all exam days otherwise students will not be allowed to write the exam. The CBSE hall ticket mentions the roll number, name, and other important details of students along with the exam dates, timings, and other important information.

CBSE is expected to release the CBSE 12th admit card 2026 for supplementary exams in the first week of July 2026. Schools will download the admit cards from the official website and distribute them. Students must collect them from their schools and keep 2 copies with them. They must carry it with them on all exam days. No student will be allowed to write the supplementary exams without it.
