TS Inter English Exam 2026: Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education will be conducting TS Inter English exam on February 28 for thousands of second-year Intermediate students across Telangana. With Telangana Inter board exams are already underway, students are now focusing on revising prose and poetry, grammar fundamentals and practicing writing skills to score more marks in TS Inter English exam 2026. 

Students must be aware of TS Inter English paper pattern, important topics, marking scheme and last-minute revision strategies. They are advised to reach exam centre half an hour early. They will also get 5 minute grace period when appearing for TS Inter 2nd year English exam 2026.

According to latest TS Intermediate English exam pattern, paper will be held for 100 marks. Telangana English II paper is divided into three sections

• Prose & Poetry: All prescribed textbook chapters both prose & poems are important.Focus on themes, character sketches, the author's views, summaries and interpretations.
• Grammar and Language Skills: This inclused Sentence formation, Fill in the blanks, Punctuation, Idioms & phrases, One-word substitutes, Error spotting or correction and Vocabulary practice (synonyms/antonyms).
• Writing Skills: This section usually carries more marks and includes: Letter writing (formal/informal), Report/notice writing, Essay writing on general topics, Dialogue writing or Note-making
• Reading Comprehension: Passages (unseen or from the textbook) and Long/short answer questions based on comprehension
