IGNOU June TEE assignment submission deadline extended amid COVID-19 surge

According to the revised deadline, students enrolled in June TEE can submit their assignments, project reports, internship, fieldwork, journals, dissertation, and internships until May 31, 2021.

IGNOU June TEE Assignment Submission Deadline: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) released an official notification announcing the extension of the last date for submitting assignments for the June Term-End Examination (TEE). According to the revised deadline, students enrolled in June TEE can submit their assignments, project reports, internship, fieldwork, journals, dissertation, and internships until May 31, 2021. The official statement released by IGNOU said, “The last date for submission of assignments for the Term-end Examination, June 2021 — both online and offline (physical) submission - has been extended up to May 31, 2021.”

It further stated, “The last date for submission of project reports/internship/fieldwork journal/dissertation, etc. for Term-end Examination, June 2021 — both online and offline (physical) submission shall be May 31, 2021.

This is the second time IGNOU has extended the last date for submitting assignments. Earlier, through the official notification, the university has asked students to submit their assignments by April 30, an official statement said. The decision to extend the deadline is being taken considering the ongoing pandemic situation and curfew imposed in various states in order to contain the virus spread.

IGNOU Admission 2021: January Session Registration

Students interested in IGNOU Admissions 2021 must note that the last date to apply for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes, except for certificate and semester-based programmes is April 30. In order to submit the application form, students are required to login at the IGNOU website, i.e. ignouiop.samarth.edu.in and register for the January session. IGNOU will be offering 16 programmes through online mode in the January 2021 session.
