IIT Delhi Director announced total seats for JEE Advanced candidates in 23 IITs
IIT Delhi Director, V. Ramgopal Rao, has declared the total number of seats available for JEE Advanced candidates in his social media handle. He posted โThis year there are a total of 16,053ย seats in 23 IITs for JEE Advanced candidatesโ on his Twitter account.
IIT Delhi, had declared the JEE Advanced 2020 result on October 5. The exam was conducted in two shifts across 222 cities at 1,001 JEE Advanced exam centres on September 27. Total 36,497 male and 6,707 female candidates have qualified the entrance test for admission to IITs.

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2020 has scheduled the counselling from October 06. It will be conducted for admission to the IITs, NITs, IIITs and other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs). The authority will consider JEE Advanced score for the admission of candidates.
