  • Math sections had few questions challenging especially from calculus, vector 3D, etc.
  • Physics was mainly formula and concept-based with topics covering modern physics, current electricity, etc. 
  • Chemistry was overall, easy to moderate with a balanced set of questions from organic and inorganic chemistry. 
  • Students stated that 99 percentile in JEE Main 2026 April 4 shift 2 is expected to be around 190+ marks. 
  • Compared to January session 2026 paper, this shift was easy.
