JEE Main 2026 Major Update: 33 New Exam Cities Added; Check Full List and Details Here
The JEE Main 2026 exam centres list is available at jeemain.nta.nic.in 2026. There are a total of 323 exam centres for the JEE Main exam 2026. Check complete state-wise list of exam centres added and removed below.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Mains 2026 exam centres list at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The total number of JEE Main 2026 exam centres is 323 compared to 299 last year. This year, the authorities have added 33 new exam centres, while 7 exam cities have been removed/merged. There is no change in the foreign exam centres for JEE Main 2026.
The expansion is part of NTA’s effort to ensure better accessibility for students in remote areas, as well as to accommodate a rising number of students.

Students are not allowed to carry calculators inside the exam centre in JEE Main exam. Students can use the virtual calculator available on the screen during the exam. Virtual calculators will be available on the computer screen of students during the JEE Main exam.
NTA has announced the JEE Mains 2026 session 1 exam date. As per the schedule, NTA will conduct the JEE Main session 1 exam from January 21 to 30. NTA will conduct the exam in two shifts every exam day in approximately 300 test cities of India and abroad. Candidates can check details about exam dates and other schedule on the JEE Main official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The total duration of JEE Main exam is 3 hours and the exam is conducted continuous without any break.
