The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the JEE Main 2020 result for April/September session today (September 11) along with the list of 24 toppers who have scored 100 percentile. The JEE Main 2020 result has been declared online on the official website, jeemain.nic.in.
To check the JEE Main result 2020 and percentile score, aspirants must enter their application number and date of birth. NTA will not send the JEE Main scorecard 2020 through e-mail or post to the candidates. Along with the JEE Main result 2020, the exam authority will also release the list of top 100 JEE Main candidates and JEE Main 2020 April/September session toppers list.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2020 results are expected for around 8.58 lakh students appeared in the JEE Main 2020 April/September session exam at 660 centres across the nation. According to recent data shared by the Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank', out of the 8.58 lakh registered candidates, only 6.35 lakh students finally appeared for JEE Main 2020 in September. The exam conducting authority is also going to publish the All India Ranks (AIRs), merit list for September and January along with the JEE Main 2020 April/September session result.

To check the JEE Main result 2020 for the April/September session exam, candidates can follow these below steps:
Step 1: In the first step, visit the official website of JEE Main (jeemain.nic.in)
Step 2: Now click on the link "View JEE Result/Scorecard" provided there
Step 3: Now on the next page, enter the JEE Main 2020 Application Number and Date of Birth (DOB)
Step 4: Enter the security pin and click login
Step 5: Check your JEE Main 2020 scores from next page
Things a candidate must know while entering Security Pin in JEE Main 2020
- Security pin will appear on the JEE Main login page
- The security pin is case sensitive
- It will have upper-lower case alphabets and numbers
- The pin will be randomly generated on the website
- Security pin will be unique every time a candidate refreshes the login page
- It is given for the security reasons of the website login
- If it is showing blank, refresh and enter the login credentials

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the JEE Mains Cutoff 2020 after the declaration of the JEE Mains result 2020. The JEE Main cutoff will be two types – the one will be qualifying cut off marks and the other one will be admission cut off.
JEE Main Cutoff 2020 – Determining Factors
The JEE Main 2020 cut off (admission/qualifying) wiil be determined by the following factors:
- Number of candidates appeared for the JEE Main
- The difficulty level of the JEE Main exam
- Total number of seats available in colleges
- Total number of applications received for a particular course
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main entrance examination is a national level entrance exam conducted by the NTA that offers admission to BE/BTech, BPlan and BArch courses at the IIITs (Indian Institute of Information Technology), NITs (National Institute of Technology) and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) across the country.
