When will JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Registration start?
The official date for the start of JEE Main 2026 session 1 registration has not been confirmed by the NTA. However, its expected that NTA will release the JEE Main application form 2026 this week.
NTA is expected to release JEE Main Application form 2026 for session 1 anytime soon. As per the notice available in the official website, the registration is likely to start anytime in October. NTA has already activated the JEE Main 2026 registration demo link on the portal demo.nta.nic.in.
The Application form will be available online on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can check details of documents required for registration, how to fill the form and application fee details from the demo link.
All candidates interested in applying for the JEE Mains 2026 exam must ensure their Aadhaar card is updated with correct details. PwD/PwBD and OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS candidates need to check their category certificate is valid and have all the correct information.
NTA has recently issued JEE Main 2026 city allotment clarification after various news reports surfaced claiming that candidates will not be able to select exam city preference this year. All those false claims have been rejecte by the concerned authority and informed that no such information has been announced.
NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2026 in two sessions in January and April. The exam dates for both the sessions will be announced soon.

The schedule of JEE Main 2026 application form has been announced on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA has released the JEE Main application form 2026 on October 31, 2025. JEE Mains 2026 registration last date is November 27, 2025. JEE Main 2026 session 2 application form will be released around last week of January and the last date to apply will be February last week. Candidates can check this page as well as the JEE Main website for regular updates on of JEE Main registration dates.
