The Delhi High Court bench, led by Chief Justice D.K. Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela, is conducting an independent hearing on the petitions challenging the CLAT PG 2025 answer key. These petitions pertain specifically to admissions for postgraduate law programmes and are being considered separately from the undergraduate-related matters to ensure focused adjudication on issues unique to the PG exam.

  Apart from the above categories, each NLU has its state domicile quota reserved horizontally in all above categories. The percentage of state domicile reservation is different for all participating NLUs, which is confirmed only at the time of admission and seat allotment process every year.

The Delhi HC will begin hearing the petitions related to the CLAT PG 2025 on May 2, 2025. The matters, which were scheduled for consideration earlier, did not come up for hearing on April 21, and have since been adjourned to the next available date. A batch of petitions challenging certain questions and the evaluation process of the CLAT PG 2025 exam had been filed before the court, seeking clarity and relief for affected candidates.

The CLAT revised scorecard 2025 will contain the following exam information:

Delhi High Court directed the Consortium that the revised evaluation will be applicable not just to petitioners, but all candidates impacted by the four erroneous questions.

Court declined to interfere with 12 other disputed questions (Q14, Q37, Q49, etc.).

Q5: Option (c) is correct. All candidates who marked it will get credit.

Q77: Question out of syllabus. All candidates get +0.25 irrespective of answer.

Q115: Option (d) “None of these” is correct. Full marks to all who attempted.

Q116: Error in Sets B, C & D. Candidates in these sets to get marks.
