The Maharashtra State CET Exam Cell concluded the 5-year LLB MH Law CET exam on April 28, 2025. Candidates can now expect the release of answer key of MH CET Law 5-year LLB soon on the official website- cetcell.mahacet.org. Once the MH CET Law answer key is out, candidates will be able to calculate their scores and raise objections on the MH Law CET answer key 2025 through their registered login ID.
The MH CET Law 3-year LLB exam is yet to take place on May 02 and May 03, 2025 at the designated centres. Recently, the exam authorities have revised the 3-year LLB dates which were May 03 and May 04, 2025, earlier.

How are MH CET Law scores calculated?
First of all, the CET Cell Maharashtra will consider all the candidates who appear in a particular slot or batch as a group and determine the mean and standard deviation for the total number of candidates in this group. Then, the exam authority will calculate the mean and standard deviation for candidates in all slots (sessions) individually.

What is Equated Score Computation Method used in MH CET exams?
The MH CET Law 2025 scores will be calculated with the help of the Equated Score Computation Method. There will be two slots for the tests each day. There can be chances of question paper being of different level of difficulty oin these slots. Thus, it is important for CET Cell Maharashtra to use a standard method. To deal with this issue, the exam authority will use the "Equated Score Computation Method" to calculate the scores of the MH CET Law 2025 3-year LLB exam and MH CET Law 2025 5-year LLB exam for all candidates. Option Entry Process for MAH CET LLB 2025
During the counselling process, candidates before accepting their seats have the option to ‘Freeze’ or ‘Float’ their choices.
Float option - If candidates are not satisfied with the allotted colleges, they can choose the ‘Float’ option. Candidates exercising this option are eligible for appearing in the subsequent counselling rounds. In case they are not offered seats, they can choose the previously allotted college.
Freeze option - Candidates can exercise ‘Freeze’ option to confirm their allotment and if they do not want to participate in the further counselling rounds. They will accept the allotted college and pay the admission fee. Such candidates will not be considered for further counselling rounds.

What is CAP in MH CET Law Counselling?
MH CET Law 2025 Centralized Admission Process (CAP) includes counselling registration by candidates, document verification, choice-locking, seat allocation, and admission confirmation by candidates. Once the CAP process is completed, the CET Cell Maharashtra releases merit lists for MH CET Law in different rounds for both 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB.

MH CET Law 2025 Counselling Dates: Live
The counselling process for MH CET Law 2025 will be held online through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). This process includes certain steps including CAP registration, option entries for selection, release of alphabetical list and merit list, and seat allotment.
