The Master School of Management (MSM), in collaboration with the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), successfully hosted the 35th Annual Management Education Convention, Perpetuum 2025 – Aviral, Advitiya & Anant. The event brought together over 50 distinguished thought leaders from top educational institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Indore, ISB Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, and several others, making it a premier platform for academic-industry dialogue.

The convention was inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Bijay Sahoo, Group President – Strategic HR at Reliance Industries Limited. In his address, Sahoo delved into the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on education and business. Drawing parallels from Hindu mythology, he discussed AI as both an enabler and a disruptor in the modern world, emphasizing its profound implications for leadership, management, and industry innovation.
Theme of Perpetuum: Continuous Learning and Innovation
Sudhir Sharma, President of AIMS and Founder of MSM, introduced the theme of the convention, "Perpetuum," which highlighted the significance of continuous learning and innovation in shaping the future of management education. He assured that AIMS would establish an expert committee to explore the convention's recommendations and engage with policymakers for implementation, ensuring long-term impact.
AIMS’ Commitment to Advancing Management Education
Professor Parag Kalkar, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Savitribai Phule Pune University and Treasurer of AIMS, emphasized the growing synergy between academia and industry. He highlighted AIMS’ role in advancing management education and fostering collaboration among over 640 member B-schools. He noted that platforms like Perpetuum are essential for fostering innovation and leadership development in management education.

Professor Vidushi Sharma, Dean – Academics & Corporate Relations at MSM, shared MSM's commitment to equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical insights. She emphasized that Perpetuum 2025 served as an exceptional platform for thought leaders and learners to come together, ensuring that management education remains relevant, future-ready, and impactful. MSM has been a center for quality higher education since its inception in 1996, offering diverse AICTE-approved programs like PGDM, MBA, BBA, and others.
