Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning announces PG admissions in Management

Admissions at the Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning (SCDL) are now open for various PG, UG, Certificate and Diploma courses. Candidates interested in pursuing a distance learning course from SCDL must apply within the stipulated time frame. Admission process will continue till June and the academic session will commence in July.

Along with the other courses, admission to post graduate programmes is also open for all management aspirants. SCDL offers the following post graduate diploma programmes in management in distance learning mode:

• PG Diploma in Business Administration
• PG Diploma in International Business
• PG Diploma in IT Management
• PG Diploma in Banking and Finance
• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
• PG Diploma in Insurance Management
• PG Diploma in Retail Management
• PG Diploma in Customer Relationship Management
• PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• PG Diploma in Export and Import Management
• PG Diploma in Technical Writing
• PG Diploma in Instructional Design
• PG Diploma in Pre-Primary Teachers Training
• PG Diploma in Business and Corporate Laws

Eligibility:

• The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. There’s no minimum qualifying marks
• Students in their final year of graduation can also apply, subject to successful completion of the degree within the stipulated time
• The candidate must have a valid score of MAH-CET/GMAT/NMAT/CMAT/ CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT or equivalent management entrance test at State or National level, valid for current academic year
• Those who don’t possess any of the above exam score will have to appear in SCDL - PGDBA Entrance Test.
• The candidates must note that entrance exam score is required for admission to only PGDBA programme.

Application process:

The application forms are available online on the SCDL website. Interested candidates can register themselves on the website and fill the form.

The candidates can also purchase the form from SCDL, Pune office for Rs 1500 in cash.

How to apply:

• The candidates need to sign up and register themselves on the SCDL website by entering their name, email ID, mobile number, country, educational qualification and category
• Once the candidate is successfully registered he/she will receive a login ID and password through email. The candidate can use the credentials to log in and access the application form
• The candidate must fill the form correctly and not leave any mandatory field vacant. Incomplete forms will be rejected
• Application fee of Rs 1500 can be paid online through credit/debit card or online payment gateway
• The duly filled form must be downloaded and sent by mail to the following address:

                Pune - 411016, Maharashtra, India.

Documents to be attached along with the application form:

• Attested copies of all academic documents
• Attested copies of work experience documents (if any),
• Attested copy of name change document (if any),
• 2 passport size photographs and photo identity proof.
• Demand draft of Rs 1500 in favour of 'The Director, SCDL Pune' payable to SCDL Campus, Pune (in case the candidate chooses not to pay the application fee online).

Note: Student must mention their name, registration number, contact number, program enrolled and type of fees being remitted on the reverse side of the Demand Draft using ball-pen only.

Course fee:

The course fee varies from Rs 23,000 to 37,000, depending on the programme chosen.
