TSICET 2020 exam is conducted in a two-day window starting today, i.e. September 30 in two slots. The exam is held across 16 cities in Telangana by adhering to the safety guidelines for the pandemic.
TSICET 2020 Exam Pattern
TSICET is a computer-based test of 2.5 hours duration carrying 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from three sections. Each question carries one mark and there is no negative marking scheme. The mediums of the test are English, Telugu and Urdu. The following table brings the detailed TSICET exam pattern and structure.

The qualifying marks of the exam is 25 per cent.
COVID-19 Safety Measures
Owing to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the TSICET test centres are following a number of safety protocols. These include ensuring social distancing norms, sanitisation and other measures stated below:
At the entry gate, candidates have to maintain social distancing norms by standing on the roped queues and not moving beyond the permitted area

Candidates have to keep wearing their masks for the entire duration spent at the test centre

Candidates’ temperature will be taken through infrared thermometers and those with a temperature of or above 99.14 degrees will have to sit in an isolated lab

Handwashing facilities will be provided to the candidates and they have to wash their hands with soap and water before entering the test lab

Candidates’ attendance registration will take place by checking their admit card and photo id cards from a distance and their photo will be captured through a web camera and candidates will have to stand maintaining a safe distance

The safety measures that need to be followed during the exam will be displayed on the computer screens of the candidates which they have to accept by clicking on the checkbox, otherwise, the test will not proceed

Candidates will be given A 4size sheets of paper for doing rough work. Candidates should sanitise their hands after receiving the rough sheets

Candidates have to adhere to all the safety instructions announced by the invigilators during the test

Before leaving the exam hall, candidates will have to submit their rough sheets and admit cards inside the designated dropbox

Candidates have to leave the exam hall one by one, in an orderly manner to avoid overcrowding
What After TSICET 2020
The TSICET 2020 answer keys will be released on October 7 and candidates can file objections against wrong answer keys till October 10. Final answer key and TSICET result will be declared on October 23.
