CGPSC 2025 Mains Exam: The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission is conducting CGPSC mains exam today in two shifts morning (9 am to 12 pm) and afternoon (2 to 5 pm). As per the schedule, CGPSC 2025 Mains is being held from June 26 to 29, 2025 across designated centres in the state. On June 29, only a single morning session (9 am to 12 pm) will be conducted.

The CGPSC Mains exam is being held for several papers including General Studies, Essay Writing, and subject-specific papers depending on the candidate's chosen option. Each paper carries significant weight in determining the final merit, making performance in this stage vital.

Guidelines for Candidates Appearing for CGPSC 2025 Mains Exam

Candidates appearing for the exam must adhere strictly to the following instructions:

  • Admit Card: Entry is allowed only with a valid CGPSC Mains admit card and a government-issued photo ID.
  • Reporting Time: Candidates are advised to report at least one hour before the start of each paper. Late arrivals may not be allowed entry.
  • Stationery and Dress Code: Only black ballpoint pens are permitted for writing the papers. Electronic gadgets, calculators, smartwatches, and mobile phones are strictly prohibited.

What’s Next After the CGPSC 2025 Mains Exam?

Once the CGPSC mains exam is concluded, some of the coaching institutes will release the paper analysis. Further, the officials will declare the CGPSC main exam results. Candidates who qualify in the Mains will be shortlisted for the Interview/Personality Test, the final phase of the recruitment process.
