TNPSC Group 4 exam 2022 result is expected to be released soon. The candidates are waiting eagerly for the result because the Commission has already released the tentative answer key on August 1. TNPSC Group 4 exam was conducted on July 24 across the state. It is expected that over ten lakh candidates appeared in the exam. Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) will conduct the counselling after the declaration of result. TNPSC Group 4 result was expected in October 2022 but was delayed and yet to be released. TNPSC Group 4 exam 2022, was conducted for 7,301 vacancies. After the result, the candidates will be asked to upload their documents through the e-seva kendras.

The Commission is yet to release the final answer key and TNPSC Group 4 result 2022 will be prepared based on the final answer key. TNPSC Group 4 cutoff 2022 will also be released with the result pdf. The Commission will also release the category-wise cutoff with the result. The TNPSC Group 4 exam was conducted at 503 exam centres in Chennai. This was the first time when the TNPSC Group 4 exam was conducted as per the new exam pattern notified by the Commission. TNPSC Group 4 hall tickets were released on July 14. TNPSC Group 4 exam 2022, was conducted in all the districts of the state.

What is TNPSC Group 4?

TNPSC Group 4 exam is one of the most sought-after recruitment exams in the state because it provides the opportunity of native posting and there is no interview in this exam. The Combined Civil Service Competitive Exam-IV(Group IV) is comprised of an offline written examination followed by certificate verification and counselling. There is no interview in the exam. Counselling is done to assign the candidates to the appropriate departments considering their preference and suitability to the job profile. TNPSC Group 4 Cutoff

TNPSC Group 4 Counselling 

TNPSC Group 4 counselling will be conducted in December/January after the declaration of result. The officials will call the eligible candidates for counselling. TNPSC Group 4 Answer Key

TNPSC Group 4 answer key(tentative) was released online on August 1. The candidates could download the answer key and send their objections to the questions or answers given in the tentative answer key till August 8. The Commission will consider the objections and releases the final TNPSC Group 4 answer key based on which the result is prepared.

TNPSC Group 4 Hall Ticket

The Commission released the admit card on July 14. Admit card is the essential official document required to secure entry into the examination centre. The candidates need to carry one government identity proof with the hall ticket to establish their identity.

Definition of Others - Applicants not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s and BCMs] who have put in 5 years and more of service in the State / Central Government are not eligible to apply even if they are within the age limit.

No maximum age limit for applicants belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all castes who possess a General educational Qualification that is higher than the Minimum General Educational Qualification (i.e. who have passed P.U.C/H.S.C/Diploma/Degree). No maximum age limit means that the candidate must not achieve the age of 60 years on the date of notification or at the time of selection/appointment. 

Candidates should have adequate knowledge of the Tamil language on the date of the notification.

TNPSC Group 4 Selection Process

TNPSC Group 4 selection process includes the following steps:

TNPSC Group 4 Registration

The candidates need a register number to fill out the TNPSC Group 4 application 2022. The candidates need to register themselves through the TNPSC Group 4 registration process and obtain a valid register number to fill out the TNPSC Group 4 application.

Application 

After registration, the candidates can fill out the TNPSC Group 4 application online till April 28. The candidates need to submit the application fee as mentioned in the official notification. Without submitting the application fee, the application form will not be submitted. 

Admit Card

TNPSC will issue the admit card to the eligible candidates ten days before the exam date. The admit card will be released online only and no physical admit card will be sent to the candidates. TNPSC Group 4 Admit Card will be the official permission letter to appear in the exam.

Written Exam

Candidates need to appear for the written TNPSC Group 4 exam conducted offline across the state. The candidates who score equal to or more than the cutoff mark (as decided by the commission) are called for the Certificate Verification process.

Result

TNPSC Group 4 result is released after the evaluation of all the OMR sheets. Based on the marks obtained by candidates in the written test, a tentative merit list is announced by TNPSC on its official website

Certificate Verification

TNPSC issues the call letter to the eligible candidates for certificate verification. The certificate verification is done in multiple shifts and the candidates are intimated about their shifts.

Counselling

TNPSC Group 4 counselling is the last stage of the TNPSC Group 4 selection process. It is an important stage for the candidates to know about the vacancy in their category and the location of the posting. available to them. The TNPSC Group 4 counselling is done in a very transparent and comprehensive manner. The candidates are required to produce all their original certificates and follow the instructions given by the competent authority at the time of counselling.

TNPSC Group 4 Syllabus

TNPSC Group 4 syllabus was changed as per the government order to make the test of Tamil language compulsory in the commission's exams. The official syllabus was notified in the notification. The educational qualification required to fill out the application form is SSLC. TNPSC Group 4 syllabus is defined based on concepts of SSLC level only.

TNPSC Group 4 Pattern

As per the new TNPSC Group 4 syllabus, revised last year, were compulsory Tamil Language questions in the preliminary exam. There were 100 questions of Tamil Language in the preliminary exam. The total marks allotted to Tamil language questions were 75 marks. There will be no separate cutoff for the Tamil questions but it will help the candidates have proficiency in the local language. The total number of questions in the preliminary paper will be 300 and the maximum marks will be 300.
