How to Calculate Scores by Using NDA Answer Key?

After downloading NDA answer key, candidates should compare their responses marked in the exam. Using the answer key, candidates are able to calculate the estimated score. To calculate the score, candidates need to follow the marking scheme prescribed by the examination authority. The marking scheme of NDA is given below:

Mathematics: Total marks allotted to this section are 300 as per NDA exam pattern. For the correct answer, candidates get 2.5 marks. For any wrong answer, 0.88 marks are deducted.

GAT: This section carries 400 marks. Candidates for the correct answers are awarded four marks. For the incorrect answers, 1.3 marks are deducted.

NDA Question Papers 2023

NDA question papers are released for Mathematics and GAT. UPSC releases the question papers a few days after the exam. The question papers help candidates to know the nature of the questions asked in the exam. 

How to Challenge NDA Question Papers?

Candidates having any doubts with regard to the question papers can raise objections. The process to challenge the question paper is explained below:

• Candidates can raise objections through Online Question Paper Representation Portal (QPRep)
• Objections against the NDA answer key can be raised within seven days
• Candidates need to enter certain details like roll number, date of birth, and random image while raising the objections

NDA Syllabus 2023

The level of NDA syllabus is of Class 10, 11, and 12 standards. The topics included in the syllabus is given below:

Mathematics: Algebra, Calculus, Matrices and Determinants, Integral Calculus and Differential Equations, Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Analytical Geometry Of Two and Three Dimension and Statistics and Probability. 

GAT: The GAT syllabus of NDA is divided into two parts. Part A comprises questions from English, while Part B carries questions from General Knowledge. Questions in English part are asked from Grammar and Usage, Vocabulary, Comprehension, and Cohesion. Questions in General Knowledge are asked from Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies, General Science, Geography, and Current Events.

NDA Result 

NDA result for the written exam is declared on the official website. The result is made available online in PDF format. The result displays the roll numbers of qualified candidates. Candidates qualifying the written exam are called for SSB Interview.

NDA Cut off 2023

NDA cut off 2023 will be released after the completion of the exam. The cut off for the written exam is the minimum qualifying marks calculated out of 900 marks. The final cut off is the marks secured by the last qualified candidates and it is calculated out of 1800 marks. Candidates need to secure separate cut off marks in the written exam and SSB interview.
