The following password policy needs to be followed while filling out the CTET online form 2024:

• Password must be 8 to 13 characters long.
• Password must have at least one upper case, one lower case alphabet and one numeric value and at least one special characters !@#$%^&*-
• Candidates can change the passwords after login if desired. New Password cannot be identical to any of the previous three passwords.

Candidates can fill out the CTET form 2024 of the January session by following the given steps:

• Visit the official website- ctet.nic.in.
• Click on the ‘Apply for CTET Jan 2024’ link.
• Click on ‘New Registration’.
• Go through the instructions carefully, click on acknowledgement and proceed.
• Register by filling the required details.
• Fill out the CTET application form.
• Upload the documents such as photographs and signatures.
• Pay the CTET application fee.
• Submit and save the confirmation page.

The last date for CTET 2024 application form submission is November 23, 2023, up to 23.59 hours. Candidates who want to appear for the 18th edition of the CTET exam need to register and submit the online form before the CTET 2024 last date.

The CTET application form 2024 correction facility will be open from November 28 to December 2, 2023. • Passed Class 12 exams with a minimum of 50 per cent marks and passed or appeared in the final year of four-year BA/BSc.Ed or BA.Ed/BSc.Ed
• Graduation with minimum 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in one-year BEd in Special Education

Candidates must meet any one of the given CTET eligibility criteria 2024 for Paper 1 in terms of education qualification:

• Passed Senior Secondary or Class 12 exams with a minimum of 50 per cent marks and passed or appeared in the final year of the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.Ed) (by whatever name known)
• Passed Class 12 exams with a minimum of 45 per cent marks and passed or appeared in the final year of the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with rules mentioned in NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002
• Passed Class 12 exams with a minimum of 50 per cent marks and passed or appeared in the final year of four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
• Passed Class 12 exams with a minimum of 50 per cent marks and passed or appeared in the final year of two-year Diploma in Special Education
• Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50 per cent marks and a BEd degree

The candidate should satisfy his or her CTET eligibility criteria 2024 before applying online. Candidates shall be personally responsible in case they are not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria.

Candidates need to submit only one CTET application 2024, be it for Paper 1 OR Paper 2 OR both papers. If a candidate submits more than one CTET 2024 application form online, his or her candidature shall be liable to be cancelled. In such a scenario, the candidate may also be debarred for future examinations. No communication will be sent in this regard by the CBSE or CTET Unit.
