NDA 1 exam date 2020 likely after May 20; Check details here

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is likely to announce NDA 1 exam date 2020 after May 20. The commission will conduct a meeting on May 20 to review the situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The decision regarding NDA exam dates will be taken in this meeting. Once the dates are decided, the same will be notified on the official website.

UPSC had postponed NDA 1 exam following the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic and nation-wide lockdown. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be conducted on April 19.

NDA admit card will be released three weeks before the exam. Registered candidates can download NDA admit card from the official website by logging with either registration number or roll number. Candidates can download NDA admit card till the day of exam. The hard copy of NDA admit card 2020 is not sent to candidates by post.

NDA exam pattern 2020 is such that it is divided into the written exam and SSB Interview. The written exam comprises two sections, Mathematics and General Ability Test. The total marks of the written exam are 900. Candidates qualifying the written exam are called for SSB Interview for Psychological Aptitude and Intelligence. The SSB Interview carries 900 marks.

UPSC has also postponed Civil Service 2020 exam which was scheduled to be conducted on May 31. The commission had also postponed the personality test of Civil Services 2019. Besides, UPSC had delayed the exam notifications for UPSC CAPF, CMS & IES/ISS. The commission will ensure that candidates are given a notice of at least 30 days as and when the dates are decided for these deferred exams.
