The last date to IIT JAM 2026 application form correction is November 10, 2025 till 11.59 AM. Students can log in to the JOAPS Portal to make any edits in the personal details, academic information and exam city choices. 

IIT JAM 2026 application form correction process is ending today, November 10, 2025. The application correction or the data change window was opened on November 1, 2025. Registered applicants can edit their application form in the specific fields through the JOAPS Portal.

IIT JAM examination 2026 will be conducted on February 15, 2026. The date the admit cards will be available for candidates to download will be January 5, 2026. After this, there will be a window for correction of the application, anticipated to open during the last week of October 2025, which allows students to correct errors like exam city, test paper, or category.

Q:   How can I get admission to the MA by Research course at IIT Bombay?
A:

Students holding Bachelor's degree with 60 percent marks (55 percent for reserved category) are eligible to apply. Eligible students should visit the IIT Bombay website to fill the application form. The selection is through GATE or MAAT exam followed by an interview round.

Q:   How can I get admission in IIT Bombay with JEE?
A:

Candidates wishing to get into BTech course of IIT Bombay have to qualify for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced. The selected candidates based on JEE score are allotted seat through JoSAA Counselling. Candidates who have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible to apply for JEE Main. BTech course aspirants have to apply through JEE Main by filling out an application form through the National Testing Agency (NTA) official website (nta.ac.in). The application fee for boys is INR 1,000 and INR 800 for girls (general/gen-EWS/OBC (NCL) category). Followed by JEE Main, students have to register for JEE Advanced. For this, candidates have to first login with their JEE Main 2023 application number and password. Further, candidates have to fill out the registration form, upload scanned certificates, and pay the application fee. 

Q:   What is the selection criteria for admission to BSc at IIT Bombay?
A:
All the IIT aspirants have to sit for JEE Main and afterward, JEE Advanced. Only the top 2, 24,000 scores in JEE Main will become eligible to sit for JEE Advanced. The candidates must have secured at least 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th Class Examination conducted by respective boards. The Admissions into IIT Bombay is done through JoSAA on the basis of JEE Advanced scores.
