Rayat Bahra University is easier to get into for BPharm. It relies on straightforward Class 12 merit without requiring an entrance test or additional interview rounds, unlike other universities. Rayat Bahra University checks for CUET scores and additionally has their own RBUSET entrance exam through which eligibility would be tested.

For B.Pharm, General pharmacy remains the most in-demand specialisation, but for M.Pharm, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry tend to open doors to better-paying research and industry roles. Students aiming for higher salaries often pair their specialisation with additional certifications or GPAT-based M.Pharm admission.

It is possible at Rayat Bahra University. After completing D. Pharmacy from a PCI approved institute with minimum 50% marks, you can directly join B. Pharn from 3rd semester but not from 5th semester. That way you would make it 3 year program instead of 4 year program.

For BPharm, Rayat Bahra University is the more affordable option, with total course fees around ₹3.2–3.66 Lacs compared to other universities for the same 4-year program. Beyond the cost advantage, RBU is a UGC-recognized, NAAC accredited university offering strong industry exposure through its Sunstone-powered placement ecosystem, hands-on exposure to tools like AI and AWS, and a placement-linked fee refund guarantee. With largely merit-based admissions, competitive fees, and solid campus infrastructure, RBU offers good value alongside affordability for BPharm aspirants.
