Yes, applicants with a 60% average in Class 12 are admitted to the Mansarovar Global University BSc programme. A minimum of 50% in Class 12 is the usual eligibility requirement for candidates to be admitted to the BSc course. The university releases a merit list based on the candidates' scores, therefore there is no assurance that applicants with a 60%  in higher senior secondary would be admitted because the merit list can fluctuate and all seats might get full at 80%. 

Candidates with Class 12 with a minimum 50% aggregate are eligible for the Raiganj University BSc programme. Further, canddiates must also score at least 60% marks in the subject in which honors is intended. The Raiganj University offers BSc as an honors degree lasting for three years. The BSc course is also available in the aided and self-financed mode. Admission to the BSc course at Raiganj University is subject to valid scores in the last qualifying exam. The university shortlists candidates based on the merit lists.
