Yes, Vikrant University offers scholarship to students on the basis of academic scores. Vikrant University merit-based scholarship is awarded to students based on the performance in the qualifying examination i.e. Class 12/ graduation. 

The registrations are currently not open for MSc at Barkatullah University. It can be expected to begin soon after the result announcement of CUET-PG. Hence, the registration may begin in Mar/Apr. According to NIRF ranking Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has 43 ranking and Indira Gandhi National Tribal Universitye has 151 in ranking. There is such a large difference in ranking between them apart from ranking. If we put aside the ranking of Indira Gandhi National Tribal University college offer a good placement with a minimal fee and also they have good infrastructure and other qualities and Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya offered 60-70 percent placement but more fees than tribal university. I suggest M.Sc at Indira Gandhi National Tribal University.
