UniPune admission to a majority of PG and UG courses is based on the Online Entrance Exam (OEE) conducted by the University. The university offers MCA, MMM, Advanced Diploma, MPH, E-MBA, LLM and M.Lib.I.Sc, among others. Admission to a few courses is completely based on merit in the previous qualifying exam. For admission to the BTech course, MIT-WPU, Pune accepts scores of various state/ national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main/ MHT CET/ PERA CET/ MHT CET B/ NEET UG. Hence, candidates willing to get admission to the course must appear and qualify in any one of the accepted entrance exams. Direct admission is not available at Somaiya School of Basic and Applied Sciences. Admissions are strictly based on merit through entrance exams & academic performance. Students must qualify through CUET UG, CUET PG or Somaiya Vidyavihar University Entrance Test (SVUET).

NMU accepts MHCET Law for admission to LLB and BA LLB. There is a low possibility of getting admission to North Maharashtra University at 40 score, as the most lenient cutoff was for BA LLB course, that closed at 40.11, for the General All India category students. Among the Home State category students, it is impossible to get admission to law courses at this score.
