With 64% in Class 12 and 140 in NATA, the main thing is to check the current eligibility before proceeding. LPU's latest B.Arch criteria mentions 60% in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and English, along with the required qualifying entrance route. So, if these subjects are included in the 12th result, the next steps are application, document verification and completion of the university's admission formalities. A 140 NATA score is also a good score to keep in consideration. The B.Arch curriculum includes practical projects, industry exposure and career focused learning.

Your JEE Paper 2 score of 191 and your CBSE 12th score of 84% make you a strong candidate for a B.Arch. Since you haven't taken NATA, I would advise you to review the most recent eligibility requirements of the university you're thinking about, as there might be other approved paths. LPU is undoubtedly worth considering for a B.Arch if you fit the requirements, particularly because of its exposure to and practical learning opportunities.

According to me, NATA score of 138 is safe to pursue Bachelor of Architecture from Manipal. Also, the college requires an overall aggregate minimum of 50% p in 10+2 with PCM alongside, which your 73.4% easily clears.
