Most of the colleges accept admission on the basis of merit in B.Com, especially all the government universities. You can seek admission in Delhi University, University of Mumbai, Punjab University and Bangalore University for admission on the basis of merit.

Yes, Journalism has a great scope in India. One can work as a reporter, correspondent, cameraperson, columnist, editor, feature journalist, critic and so on. It is not at all necessary to continue your PG from the same university where you completed your graduation. You can surely go ahead for your M.Com from some other university. You will definitely have to provide migration certificate in the new university. As far as the entrance exam is concerned, you need to directly get in touch with the university authorities or visit the website of the university.
