You have clear your CMA foundation. So, now, you want to do CMA executive. So, register your name for executive and then you can give executive 1st and 2nd group. After that, you need to do articalship for 6 month and then you are going to give CMA final groups.

You can surely take admission for BA English. The only condition is you should have cleared 12th. It does not make any difference whether you are from commerce or arts background.

Yes, it's possible as there is no problem in taking commerce stream or science stream for doing jewellery designing course. You should have 10+2 and if you are of the view about you are commerce stream and jewellery designing. So, let me tell you that B.Sc is just a foundation. In the main jewellery deasign course, you will learn about jewellery designing only not about B.Sc.

Yes, you can do BBA in aviation and it has a very large scope now these days. You can go further with Spice Jet, Indian Airways, Jet Airways, etc.

For UG, you have to fill the application form which comes out around May-June (please re-check), then DU releases cut-offs for all the courses. (PS: There are a few courses that have entrance exams). You can go and get the admission in the course you want to take UPAT the particular college upto 23 days of the initial release of the cut-off. Don't forget to check the website of the DU college before going for admission since some colleges have their own criteria regarding admission and documents required. If you are talking about an ICA institute then it is not a right option, but there are many other courses, so when ever you join ICA then select according your interest area. Whichever course you select, go in depth knowledge.
