Commerce students have to learn programming languages such as C, Python, Ruby, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, etc. This is the fundamental thing we need for hacking. And along with this, they need to learn hardware and networking, networking protocols and the various types of operating systems. And also, it deals with the hacking tools, which is used for hacking. Try to write CAT EXAM to get admission in IIM.IIM people will have better payout.

To take admission in B.Com, Maths is not a prerequisite. Even commerce without maths is eligible for B.Com entrance. However, in Delhi University, admissions are granted on the basis of cutoffs. BHU conducts a separate exams for B.Com in which basic Maths upto 10th level are asked.

I am sorry, the score is too less for XaHR (The HR School of XUB under which even XIMB comes). A score in more than 196 might give you a chance. All the Best.
