The school of Aeronautics is reasonably well known and you may take admission there if you are getting it.

There is no straight forward answer to your question. But, I am sure historically this branch was thought to require an abnormal amount of funding and hence was not thought of. By default, the situation remains same today. Best wishes to you.

Jobs for those who have done their aeronautical engineering are very hard to come by, but on the other hand there sre plenty of jobs for those who complete their aircraft maintenance engineering courses, since after this course you get DGCA certification and then jobs in to Civil Airlines. You are presently doing your graduation in Aeronautical Engineering and simultaneously wants to do certificate course which is offered by private institute set up by Jet Airways. Is that right? Yes I think so you can do both these courses simultaneously, but remember the presence or rather your attendance in regular engineering college is a must as far as the university rules and regulations go. Keeping this factor in mind you will have to attend the classes of the Other Institute. This other Institute being private may not insist on your attendance. With 72 marks, I doubt if you will be able to get admission in Manipal University, at least in the courses for which students make a beeline. However, for the branches which are not much in demand you perhaps will get admission. Best wishes to you.

Institute of Aeronautical Engineering in Bhopal is almost 25 years old Institute and working in the field of giving training to would be aircraft maintenance engineers. In India the Civil Aviation Sector is growing at the rate of almost 15% per year and hence requirement of trained AME's is definitely there. This Institute enjoys good reputation and hence the placements at this Institute is quite good. Best wishes to you.

Knowing the situation in almost all the states as far as admissions to engineering colleges is concerned, I think your best chances are in seeking admission to this course in the college which is in your state. This way you will be in familiar surroundings and hence you will be comfortable in such a college. Best wishes to you.
