You have obtained quite good marks in 12th. For doing engineering in any branch including aeronautical engineering, one needs to clear the CET of the concerned state for admission in colleges in the state or JEE Mains for CFTI's or JEE Advanced for IITs or CET of deemed to be universities. Based on your ranking, you will get admission.

The fee for management quota seats is a closely guarded secret. It's not revealed. It is entirely dependent on bargaining skills on students side. But generally speaking, it is about five times the normal fee.

Generally speaking, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is not considered as engineering and there are hardly any government colleges offering this three year course.
