If you have done BCA then you must have passed your 12th almost three years back. These days almost all state govt's and IIT too have only three year window after 12th within which you need to apply. Doing Aeronautical engineering in any Institute other than IIT is of no use. So I suggest please think of doing something different.

Scope of aeronautical engineering:
1. There is a lot of scope in government organisations including defence.
2. Aeronautical engineers can have earned well in private MNCs.
3. There are opportunities to work with NASA after completing higher studies in this stream.

Yes indeed. NIT's are offering courses in Aeronautical engineering. Fees in NIT's are in the region of Rs. 1-2 L.

Aeronautical engineering deals with the design, study and the flying of the aircraft within the atmosphere of the Earth where as aerospace engineering includes the study of both the aircraft that is being used in as well as out of the atmosphere.

Universities abroad are quite liberal in allowing students to choose their subjects after fulfilling certain conditions. But then it also depends on how brilliant your academic record. However as you want to change branch, it's better if you contact prospective institution beforehand.
