Hello Manoj,
JEE Mains needs to be cleared with good marks to get admission in any of the NIT's in any branch including Aeronautical. If you want to get admission in any IIT then you have to score above cutoff of JEE Mains and then score good marks in JEE Advanced.
For admission into your state, you need to clear entrance exam of the state.

GMAE is a part-time certificate programme for working professionals from the aerospace and aviation sector.
