The fees charged by the colleges for admission against management quota is closely guarded secret. No institution publishes it. In fact rule of thumb is, more applicants then more fees and vice versa! If you have good bargaining skills you may end up paying quite less.

Different colleges in Maharashtra offering aeronautical engineering branch have different entrance exams as the qualification. Actually, a very less number of private colleges offer this since placement is a big issue. However, with about 50K seats remaining unfilled across Maharashtra, you have good chances of admission if you can obtain a valid score. I am attaching a link that may be useful to you.

It is very nice to know your dream of pursuing engineering in aeronautical branch from Madras Institute of Technology. But unfortunately, majority of states in India restrict admissions to domiciles of the state and, hence it is almost impossible for students from other states to get admission. One must pass the qualifying exam i.e. IIT-JEE for admission into Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), or the SRMJEE to apply to the aerospace engineering programme they have. The basic eligibility criteria for BE / B.Tech programme is 10+2 Science (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with a fairly high percentage of marks in the aggregate.
