Aeronautical engineering is not very difficult. If you're genuinely interested then you'll find the subjects to be very easy.
We have amazing faculty here and they have a lot of knowledge. The labs have all required instruments and are very advanced. Fees is 2.7 lakhs per annum.

In my opinion - it is not a good specialised course. Most of the companies in Aviation field like IAF, HAL, ISRO, DRDO & Private Aviation carriers induct Electronics or Mechanical engineers and then train them on few additional Aeronautical subjects based on the job requirement. Then why restrict your options to a limited number of players?

Both degrees are equally good. Aerospace is a specialisation in Aeronautical Engineering. You can chose either without any fear or concerns.

I don't think that you'll get Aeronautical Engineering at 70 marks. I suggest you go for a 2nd attempt and get atleast 100.
