I am not sure about the cutoff marks but the cutoff rank was around 13,000. You might have to score somewhere around 100 atleast.

Aeronautical Engineering (AE) degree will not help you to become Commercial Pilot. BTech AE course is designed for undetstanding concept in design, Operations and Maintenance of Aircraft and it's systems including ground handling equipment.

Aeronautical engineering is not very difficult. If you're genuinely interested then you'll find the subjects to be very easy.
We have amazing faculty here and they have a lot of knowledge. The labs have all required instruments and are very advanced. Fees is 2.7 lakhs per annum.

Most of the companies in Aviation field like IAF, HAL, ISRO, DRDO & Private Aviation carriers induct Electronics or Mechanical engineers and then train them on few additional Aeronautical subjects based on the job requirement.
