This field is closely related to astronautically engineering. These two fields are the part of Aerospace engineering. B.Tech Aerospace engineer. I will openly say that there are about only 20 out of every 100 Engineers, working in somewhat related fields, rest 80 either change their stream or work in the business development region. You will certainly never get a chance to experience your engineering skills. Even with Masters, you will hardly find any job for fresher. Government organizations like ISRO, NAL, ADA, DRDL will hire only if you clear the GATE exam and tier vacancies are about only 510 seats per year for aero in particular and some years they don't hire too. People saying private companies like Airbus ( manufacturing and R&D), Tata-pilantus ( manufacturing), Boeing ( data management), ramco ( data) hire Aerospace Engineers. Most of them are all manufacturing units and data centers it doesn't require much of Aerospace Engineers to handle. Mostly they employ Diploma's, mechanical and electrical engineers. And Airbus R&D is having some few thousands of employees and their opening is a drop of water in thirsty Lacs of Engineers waiting for employment, I'm particularly talking about Aerospace.
