Yes, you have a chances of getting seat through your NCC category reservation in some government universities in some selected groups. So, attend the special round of counselling conducted to verify the NCC certificates and exercise the options. All the best.

For getting admission in Eluru College of Engineering you need to clear EAMCET with the required rank as per the college criteria.
