I am from SC category (Andhra Pradesh) and scored 53941 rank in JEE Mains in 2019. Can I get a seat in NIT, Andhra Pradesh?

Hi Yaswanth,
Yes, you can get admission in NIT Andhra Pradesh. Although, you will not get top branches like computer Science engineering, but you can get ECE, EE or Civil Engineering. You can also about other colleges available for you with this rank here:

Which among them is better for CS, YMCA, Faridabad and NIT, Andhra Pradesh?

I'll prefer you to opt for the YMCA Faridabad as this is better than NIT in terms of placements as this college is in the vicinity of industrial area so many companies visit this college for the recruitment and hence students gets quality placements.

You will get a seat in either Andhra university or SVU Tirupati with this score for sure. 815 is a very good rank and you deserve either of these colleges. Just apply for it.
