As a responsible college ICAT would not advice any student to drop their current degree program for any reason because the student can complete the degree and come for Masters to ICAT. For your question "Can I quit B.Tech" the answer is "Yes", you are a free individual and you can take any decision which might be right for your current situation. Whether ICAT would consider such dropped out students from other degree programs, it would be on a case to case basis provided the sequence of steps are followed correctly. 1.
