Artemisia College of Art & Design is currently the best Animation as well as the top Game design college in India. It is the only college in India having it's own Game design, Animation films, TV serials production studio. It's degrees are government degrees, UGC recognised. It's faculty members have industry experience with Disney, Warner Brothers, etc. Their fee is very less.

Please first understand which degrees are offered in Animation. B.Sc. Animation & VFX is a 3-years duration course. Bachelor of Design (B. Des. ). Course in Animation is a 4-years duration course. Hello,
Ans to your question is - Yes.
No degree or particular percentage is required to get into animation institutes for some certificate course.
i would suggest you- certificate of graphic / animation course is useless until you are not a skilled creative person. Learn softwares, be skilled that is the only way to get into animation industry.
Thank you!
