This is the best combination that nowadays are in very demands. If you are pursuing B.Arch it means that now you are expert in designing. You are now expert in Artistic concepts to give for the company. But if you do MBA after B.Arch it gives you more weightage over other Non- MBAs students. Various companies do prefer the students with this combination. Because during MBA, you will learn Team Work. The most needed thing to learn is Project Management. As you know, how much this project management helps the students in these types of streams. It is preferred that after B.Arch if you are willing to do MBA, your stream should be either Project management or Human Resources. These fields are very much relevant to your Architectural field. MBAs with B.Arch degree can work in any architecture /building companies like SuperNova, Flower Vally, RISE Residence, etc. At the managerial level.

As you know that Architecture is the Science of designing, it is very much necessary for you to learn Maths and Physics. The need of Maths is very high in this field. You need to have very expertise knowledge of Trigonometry, Differentiation & Integration, Coordinate Geometry, Statistics and probability. This are some mathematical concepts which you need to learn. For Physics, you need classical mechanics, Mechanical Properties of Solid, fluids and gases and rotational dynamics. If you are able to crack JEEs with good rank, it means, your concern is now over for Maths and physics. If you think that you are not good in Mathematics, then I would advise you to go for Tuition or coaching. It helps you a lot. There, you can learn the problem solving tactics to tackle the problem. Because without mathematical skills, it is very hard to clear B.Arch (even harder than taking admission in it). So, Maths & Physics is a must.

Capitation Fee- This is basically the extra illegal fee that most commonly technical and medical colleges (as these are the most sought after careers) take from the students in return for an admission in the college. Mostly, this practice is done in the colleges that hold a large number of seats under management quota or the ones that are not very renowned nor are they absolutely down grade colleges. The top colleges do not have this practice, and if at all the practice is prevalent, then it is not in large scale, because all the admissions have to be justified with the National level entrance exams and only scoring students can get seats. But, in colleges where admissions takes place on the basis of internal entrance exams or just the class 12th percentages, there it is quite common to the students to face this extra fee. Although, it is illegal, a lot of students tend to pay this amount, as they are very eager to get the degree and pursue a career. It is always a better approach to prepare well rather than relying on admission based on capitation fee.

Eligibility to appear for NATA 2018: The lower age limit for appearing in NATA-2018 has been waived. However, the candidate has to comply with any age constraints that may be specified by respective Counselling/ Admission Authority. 10+2 or equivalent passed/appearing with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination. 10+3 Diploma (any stream) passed/appearing recognized by Central/State government with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after 10 years of Schooling with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examinations Note: In view of 10th standard Grade cards from which marks is not easily obtainable, Application Form fields "Total Marks", "Obtained Marks" are made Optional.
