Hello Isha,
There is large number of automobile companies. You can get job in any of these. Then there are government agencies too who are on the lookout for automobile engineering students. In addition, you can pursue MBA or think of cracking civil services exam. Or better still, start your own company dealing in automobiles or their components.

Each course in engineering offers its own challenges. Automobile engineering is mostly the same as mechanical engineering, with negligible difference. Mechanical engineering involves the study of design and operation of various machines, whereas automobile engineering also involves the study of machines as well as study of operation of vehicles.

If you are more interested to study automobile, better do Diploma in automobile and then do BE automobile engineering but you should consider about the mathematical knowledge may be you are lagging in maths probably it will screw you on semester exam.
