Army Institute of Technology divides its BE seats using specific sub-categories for defense branches. Separate quotas exist for children of Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel. 97% of seats goes directly to Army children. Navy and Air Force applicants get just 3%.

Students who are interested in getting into B.E/B.Tech courses can apply via the official online portal of BITS Pilani but before that the students must understand the entry requirements and selection criteria well. The requirements for B.E/B.Tech programs are-

No, according to the eligibility criteria for B.E/B.Tech courses, the students are to get at least 60% in their 12th standard. Along with these marks, there are more criterion to be fulfilled.

·       High School Degree (60%)

·       Transcripts

·       English Proficiency Test (IELTS -6, TOEFL-61)

If you're just comparing the number of B.Tech seats, then KIET Group of Institutions has a slightly higher intake. It offers around 1,530 seats, while Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology has around 1,380 seats (though recent updates show the sanctioned intake has increased). So, purely in terms of seat availability, KIET gives you a slightly better chance of getting admission.

To submit the application form for admission in B.E. at Chitkara University, candidates are required to pay the application fee of INR 1,100. This can be paid online. It is non-refundable.
