Yes, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Faculty of Engineering & Technology does offer scholarships. These schemes are offered to eligible students. The college gives out the following schemes:

  • JEE Main-based Scholarship for BTech Students
  • Sports Scholarships
  • Defence Scholarship
  • Scholarship for SC & ST Categories

Students have to submit some documents for JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Faculty of Engineering & Technology admissions. A list of some important documents is as below:

  • Class 10 marksheet & passing certificate
  • Class 12 marksheet & passing certificate
  • Bachelor's degree marksheet and passing certificate
  • Diploma marks card
  • Diploma degree certificate
  • Migration certificate
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar card

To apply for the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, JAIN University courses, students can visit the website of the deemed-to-be-University or directly at /jgigroup.in/btech2026/ (for BTech). The form has to be submitted with application fee and documents.

No, for JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Faculty of Engineering & Technology admissions, JEE is not compulsory. Students can submit scores of other accepted exams as well. These include CUET/ UNIGAUGE/ COMEDK, etc. Or, students can appear for the Jain Entrance Test (JET).

JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Faculty of Engineering & Technology selection criteria is entrance-based. The college accepts students only on entrance basis. The selection criteria for JU-FET courses is as below:

  • BTech = JET/ JEE/ CUET/ UNIGAUGE/ COMEDK 
  • MTech = GATE/ JET

Students need to meet the admission requirements to get admission in the JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Faculty of Engineering & Technology. The JU-FET eligibility is as follows:

  • JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Faculty of Engineering & Technology BTech eligibility - Class 12  with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ST) with Physics and Mathematics + Chemistry/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Biology 
  • JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Faculty of Engineering & Technology M.Tech eligibility - BE/ BTech in relevant stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% in the qualifying examination in case of SC, ST)

After IGNOU BEd entrance exam is held in March, the conducting body takes approximately 45 days to declare the results. As per last year trends, it is expected to be announced in June 2026.
