Yes, you can go for M.A. Programme even after completing graduation from B.Sc. M.A. Is a postgraduate academic degree that is awarded in a non-Science subject. The basic eligibility criterion to be fulfilled by students for M.A. Course is Bachelors degree in any stream.

No, you cannot pursue two courses simultaneously. It would be better to complete B.Sc first and then go for MBA.
