Every university does follow the guidelines to complete the Degree but for that, you need to check the particular university admission guidelines in which you have enrolled and do check the same with IGNOU to complete your Graduation.

NCHM JEE-2020 is conducted for admission in B.Sc HHA courses studied in various IHMs and SIHMs. While admission in Diploma courses are done by individual affiliated Institute of Hotel Management through advertisement in leading local newspapers released during the month of June each year and selection made through a transparent selection process. So, if you are giving NCHM JEE than eligible for getting admission in B.Sc HHA course only.

Both are good, it depends on your interest. If you want to remain in Science field, you can opt for B.Sc. And then M.Sc. If you want to go for arts subjects, you can opt for B.A. Later, you can pursue M.A. There are a lot of options available in both the fields.

If you want to prepare for UPSC and SSC exams, you must go for B.A. Because you can focus your mind on UPSC coaching or preparation for it. And B.A. Is an easy course so you can get graduation done too. And B.Sc. Is a bit though and you have to divide your focus on both sides.

As far as my knowledge tells it does provide some kind of scholarship to the students. But you will have to look out for the criterion of that because I am not really sure for that. That you can seek on their website or contact the authorities in person.
