Hello Saikiran,
To take admission in state agricultural university like HAU, PAU-
A student with minimum 55 percent marks in senior secondary with PCM or PCB can apply direct to SAU or ICAR. Both ICAR and SAUs conduct centre and state level exam respectively.
1 Entrance exam conducted by university.If u belong to Haryana.
2If you belong to outside Haryana, you can give ICAR exam.
3 If you are from non-medical, then you can do B.Tech.(AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING) through JEE MAIN score.

After B.Sc, you are eligible for competitive exams. You can go with B.Ed course; M.Sc. In biotechnology, embryology, biological sciences, etc. Forensic Science is the best option for the career in government, etc.

B.Sc. Lateral entry is only possible if you had Diploma in the related field. Also distance for B.Sc. Chemistry is not available everywhere and might not even be valid even if it available. What do you mean? If you are thinking about Lateral into B.Sc, then, you should understand why it is not a very popular option. Even institutes who provide it provide for non-core subjects like IT. http://www.lpu.in/programmes/bsc-it-lateral-entry. Or mention your current subject and the subject you want to change to. Someone should be able to give better option then.
