Yes, you can pursue B.Sc. Food and nutrition through correspondence after completing your 12th. But I would suggest you go for a regular programme for better opportunities.

For admission in B.Sc in Radiology & Imaging Technology, you must have completed 10+2 med/ non-med or equivalent or 10+2 in any stream with Diploma in corresponding discipline from a recognized board/university are eligible for admission.

The syllabus of Integrated B.Sc+M.Sc in Economics is not mentioned on the official website of the university. You may rather contact the university for the details. There are sample question papers though, which will give you an idea about the syllabus and exam pattern:
